Labor Credits
Prepaid eligible work delivered by Thora is tracked in 30-minute increments. It is separate from future independent professional payouts.

When do existing credits expire?
- Purchased credits: 12 months from purchase.
- Promotional or gifted credits: 30 days.
Eligible credits nearest expiration are used first.
How is existing Thora work recorded?
Eligible labor rounds up to the next half-hour. For example, 27 minutes deducts 0.5 hour; 43 minutes deducts 1 hour.
Larger work receives a separate quote. Existing prepaid credit value can reduce that quote after project pricing is agreed. Work remains subject to scope, scheduling, and availability.
